JOHNNY MATHIS AND NATALIE COLE 🤗🤗 SIMPLY OUTSTANDING 👍👍 THE FANTASTIC EARTH WIND AND FIRE, AND STEVE BISHOP 🤗🤗 WHAT A WONDERFUL SHOW 🤗🤗😩😄 GREAT GUEST S 😄
I’m going to rank all of Natalie Cole’s “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)” live performances. 1) Midnight Special 1975, score: 10/10 The band was playing well. Natalie and her background singers harmonize really good. 2) Grammy Awards 1976, score: 4/10 The band played WAY too loud, the background singer's microphone was TOO LOUD. 3) Natalie Cole Special and Natalie…Live!, score 100/100 The TV special version of the song was awesome. The band plays so well, Natalie Cole did good and I even love how she ad-libs on the line: “This Will be (oh) you and me (baby), yessiree, eternally” And the final harmony on the last “From now on” is just pure bliss. The Live concert version (Universal Amphitheater 1977) is very good as well.
