South Africa sunrise on a deserted beach. These ocean sounds for sleep and relaxation were recorded in the Overberg region of South Africa. South Africa has hundreds of miles of empty, deserted beaches which I have been exploring recently. This beach is very close to a huge sea cave which I made a recording in on another South Africa soundscape recording. Frustratingly I missed the moment of sunrise for this recording and almost didn't upload this video. But the ocean sounds of waves crashing onto rocks and sliding up the sand can be very comforting and useful for sleep and relaxation. I hope you enjoy :)
