I don't know what to believe. I live in Southern MS and just the other day is showed a wintery precipitation. Shows plenty of rain Thursday night and some into Friday night with the lows being 30 and 31 but only shows rain. Not making any sense to me. 🤔
I’m in Northeast La 2 hours from Mississippi and I don’t know what to believe either 😂! At first it was snow and ice expected on Thursday now it’s going to be rain. Well at least I’m ready for whatever. It’s getting COLD now. My street sign just blew over but I’m not going out there wind blowing hard.
That's why you have to wait until the storm gets closer. It takes time for the models to agree on precipitation types and where exactly the snow/ice/rain line will set up. Give it a couple more days and by mid week, they will start to make more sense.
At this point I then gave my hopes up Jackson Ms and the south states ain’t gonna see anything no more 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️ it was an whole out winter storm now it showing all rain
Yes too far out. We don’t even know the exact track of the storm. If the track moves south or north, DFW might not see much snow. There is still way too much uncertainty with the system to think about snowfall total amounts.

It's not going to snow in my area CT because it does not say on my forecast it will. It use to but now it says 6% chance and 9% chance.
Id say here in NE OK i have a better chance of snow on this next system.

Too far out to say. The track of this system is going to keep changing until it gets on shore. By Tuesday we will have a lot better idea!

@@Weather101 Yeah, my area recieved sleet/snow today. That makes sense though as the snow line was pretty far north from this system.
