I remember the Calumet baking powder. There was a heavy paper liner on top that you cut in half then pulled out so there was a straight edge to level the baking powder off when you measured it.

You can’t split up the canister set. The trivet serving dish and salt and pepper shaker can go separately but the canisters must go together otherwise you can’t put flowers sugar tea and coffee in them. They are a set!!!
I think it weighs 5.8 lbs. my dad used to have a shaving cup and brush. I didn't think it was that long ago but realized that has been 26 years since he passed.
The cream crackers are a UK thing it's a nobbly biscuit you butter and place slices of cheese or paté on they are lovely just not on their own as very dry lol 😂 xxxx
Sloans linament is not for drinking, it is used for sprains etc. great for bringing out bruising.My Dad used to smoke when i was a kid in the late 50s and his cigarettes came in tins, I think it was to stop them from drying out and crushing them if you accidently sat down with them in your back pocket.

Don't know if anyone has said anything yet but the old barbershop mug is a shaving mug. That's soap in the bottom. You leave the soap in it and every day you add a little water and you have a short one inch round brush that you spin around in it to make fome lather to apply to your face.
