It's amazing how close to the album version it sounds. Your live performances have been getting better and better
It is impressive, but I grew up in a time when songs evolved on tour and became somewhat different from the studio versions. I'm not sure why modern bands try to stick so close to the studio versions now, as if it's a recital.
This sounds a lot like being enhanced in the studio afterwards.
Possibly. Dragonforce has certainly been accused of that in the past, but I think the days of being sloppy live are behind them. I saw them a few years back and they were nailing it, although like most British bands they could have stood to turn down the volume a bit.
@@adaher not true, Dragonforce has many songs they perform differently. Valley Of The Damned often has special live only solos. They introduce growls during some songs like Operation Ground and Pound, heck you heard the scream at the start of this song.
They also still perform covers in their own style during concerts. Saw Frederiq come out once to perform Green Hill Zone from Sonic 🤣

Vocals are tracked mate, you can see it a few times.
@@kaiying74 I'm not convinced they are tracked. Between 1:00 and 1:15 in particular. There is live inflection of the voice and there's a slight tear in timing. Considering the articulation Marc is going through there, I wouldn't be surprised that he falls behind slightly.
Fred also does black/death backing vocals all the time so, he probably backed up Marc on that scream

for me its a cool song but still my favorite song by them is Heros Of Our Time and My Heart Will Go On nothing can beat that (sorry for Titanic fans but DragonForce version is better then the original one)
