Dragon Force is one of the coolest bands out there. People need to give them more credit than they have. I remember seeing them at Mayhem Festival in 2007 which was there first big festival and I still love them. People think that all they do is sing about Dragons and nonsense, they really don't hear the message they have behind there music which is sad for them. There fan base is growing larger and larger every year. There guitar work is amazing and so is the drumming and the new singer is also amazing.

The most awesome thing about this performance is the audience pits that form when he calls out for it. They aren't smashing each other like angry idiots, they are running in circles high fiving people on the outer rim; which looks super fun! Japan, Please teach us how to concert. :)
I saw them last in 2017 and it was one of the most aggressive crowds I’ve seen at the venue in my city. They also released tickets 3 times because it oversold twice, about 600 people in a small bar venue, typical bands playing like make them suffer, born of Osiris, northlane, Chelsea grin etc. DragonForce are pure entertainers but, and all of them have been in much heavier bands so they love seeing crowds having fun, easily the best show I’ve seen overall
In my honest opinion, and I've been a huge DragonForce fan for many years, is that this has to be their best song. I don't know what it is but it is just so expertly crafted that if someone asked me "what's a good song by them?" I'd recommend this because this demonstrates perfectly what DragonForce is all about.

Yes, at the beginning one can listen to Marc speaking, they just used the audio clip of his voice and placed it over the original version of the song. The VIDEO FOOTAGE used is from the upcoming DVD, yet the AUDIO is not live, none of it, it can't be considered overdubs or playback since none of it is actually live. The audio will be heard once the DVD/Blu-ray is released. Also, I'm so excited about this. I've been a DragonForce fan for a decade now and I've always wanted a proper live release. I think Marc gets somewhat of the Andi Deris effect. When an established band gets a new vocalist, there is always some talk about whether or not the band can function or feel the same. Marc clearly gets the same vibe I get from Andi Deris in Helloween. It's a change you didn't know you want.
I am alright with that. What I am saying is that I think Marc is a change we didn't think we want. But it was something that made the style find that edge it was missing. I mean, ZP's great. But if ZP was in Dragonforce for too long, the style probably would've gotten old eventually.
