- Dramatic footage shows artworks being removed from Copenhagen's 17th-century former stock exchange after the landmark building was engulfed in flames.
Huge plumes of black smoke were seen rising from the Dutch Renaissance-style building, which was undergoing renovation and clad in scaffolding. People were seen rushing in and out of the building carrying paintings to safety, and Danish media reported an annexe of the parliament and several ministries nearby, including the finance ministry, had been evacuated.

A national tragedy 😞💔🇩🇰
An opportunity to create something new and beautiful
@@Sampsonoff Yeah right, they're gonna try and turn it into a huge dystopian modernist glass monster to house hundreds of migrants

Five years ago the Notre Dame caught Fire.
Such tragic!
First Notre Dame now Copenhagens old Stock Exchange. Someone please give me a holler when Buckingham Palace is up for restoration. I will show up, pockets full of sawdust, and accidentally drop a cigarette bud.
So many fires start when renovation works are going on. It's suspicious!

It’s completely expected the risk of fire would be higher during construction.
Very suss.
How many? Two?
@Sampsonoff
There is no such thing as coincidence
Eerily similar to the collapse of the spire at Notre Dame.
A new episode..."Destroyed in seconds" ...
You should't try to save money by underpaying your reconstruction workers.
You haven't got a clue.
@@ThaiThom I know.
What have you been smoking 😂
Yellow smoke is lead burning and melting
that was the dragon spier clad in led
Based on the advertising, the Penguin did it.
lol
It was some about those dragons that seem evil
It's always when a renovation is going on. Can't they install safeguards during such processes then⁉️
NYC bishop was specially proactive during renovation of st Patrick's.
This look just like what happened to the Notre-Dame de in Paris.
We all know who started this and why.
No we don’t. Enlighten us
Who??
No we doN't
@Sampsonoff
Probably the people who are constantly threatening to burn buildings like these down
This buuilding was under renovation when fire started.
so, they do renovations without emptying the building? why paintings were inside?
The renovations were on the outside (speceficly on the roof)
@@mathiaspipper3665 thanks.
unfortunately it is quite commun to cause fire during renovation. there is a wikipedia page about historicl places and monuments caught on fire during renovation :(
Yet another old world building with a fire narrative.

…what were they trying to cover up? Was this a heist?
the artifacts in that building were priceless so don't believe so, sadly i think its something as simple as a blowtorch malfunctioning or something electrical
Please see - my lunch break . The answer is there along with many more questions
It was Putin!
Ahahah, yes usually is, isn’t it! Ahahah
Oh LOOK, another ""Electrical Fire""
