IAB MICE Industry 2021 - Rotterdam Partners

The International Advisory Board (IAB) presented their perspective on the future MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) and their advice to the city on 21 April 2021. During the presentation the IAB members set out how they believe Rotterdam should move forward to take advantage of opportunities that arise with the transformation of the industry. They presented highlights of their advice that they worked on over the 5-day IAB conference. A comprehensive report of the conference will be published later. Vice Mayor Roos Vermeij attended the presentation, that was broadcasted live from the nhow hotel Rotterdam, and accepted the IAB advice on behalf of the Municipal Executive of Rotterdam. Rotterdam Partners will work together with the Gemeente Rotterdam and the local MICE sector to follow up on the advice to strengthen the position of Rotterdam as a MICE destination.
