Our criminal justice system is supposed to make our society safer, by removing people who have committed crimes, that are a threat to our peaceful and lawful existence. But it has been abused on every level. If we can't trust our criminal justice system, then the laws in which we are governed by have little real meaning or effect. Men are being locked up on a technolicality. Power is being abused. People are being locked up for no good reason. We need an overhaul. Starting with the laws. We need to take a hard look at how law enforcement agencies use laws to bring people down and keep them down. And some laws create Opportunities for organized criminals to make a profit. We need to stop stigmatization of people and behaviors as being criminal. And we need to remove the criminal element out of our system, that allows for a black market to exist. We are spending too many resources on locking up people, and fighting crime, when some of these resources could be used to help people and prevent them from having to resort to crime. And we need to remove the racism out of our criminal justice system. We must provide real financial opportunities for people of color.
And some laws create
Opportunities for organized criminals to make a profit.
This is going to take some effort, because people have been taught for years to think this way. Changing the hearts and minds of people is much harder than writing a law .
This is old news and everyone knows it! They know who kilt him.
Who
This not old news get your ass out here right now. They blame the Nation of Islam for this bullshit. They blame Louis Farrakhan for this when it was the white CIA government that killed him. Let's talk about that don't fuckin hide out since it so much old news. We not going into the old news bag.

What is Strange. I was taught this in school as History. Amazing that some of these people are still alive. You get my point.
No, I don't get your point. I'm a little slow can you plain it please. TIA
@@faharoon357 I think he’s trying to say that people pretend like all of these horrible things happened so long ago but in reality it was only 50 or 60 years ago…
When they deliberately arrested the wrong men, they knew it would take all these years to sort it all out. Meanwhile, guilty parties are retired, deceased, and basically got away with the murder, scot-free.
Not from hell
This video should've 20 million views...
My question is, who did it, and why isnt it being investigated, Somebody needs to pay for this man’s murder, To the department of justice, go do your job and find the murderers!
"The die is set, and Malcolm shall not escape, especially after such evil foolish talk about his benefactor, Elijah Muhammad. Such a man as Malcolm is worthy of d__th." -- Louis Walcott,
Muhammad Speaks (December 4, 1964). Malcolm X was ass______ted two months later on February 21, 1965.
On the day that Malcolm was ass______ted, Louis Walcott was in neighboring Newark, New Jersey delivering the keynote address at the Nation of Islam's Newark mosque -- the very mosque were Malcolm X's k__ler(s) came from! (Three men were arrested in Malcolm X's d__th, of which two, who spent years in prison, were later found to be innocent. This happens to people ALL the time. Innocent black men are sent to jail for being black. No amount of money can give these men their lives back.
It was 30 people there..and they still can't figure this out??
the accountability is with the justice system all those years GONE :(
This brother looking strong
ABC, please work on your video titles. They often do 't match up or make sense.
Why is the title still declaring him a “suspect”?
Brother Malcolm speaks from the grave
I'm saddened this happened to him there alot of more people that is still going through it and they system has failed them and it's sad because alot would even get to get justice due to the system being broken to its core.
WTF is up with Black folk...MY people, who no longer know how to use the word "their", instead of "they", ...as YOU did, when proper. Your sentence structure is just terrible, and you probably don't even care. We're getting worse.... speaking & writing like we fuckin' have no damn sense. Kids hear it, & do the same thing ...dooming themselves to be looked upon as ignorant. The ignorance is amongst the adults who contribute to the perception....And perception is reality.
Malcolm broke the 1st law of power: Never outshine the master.
Elijah Muhammad didn't have to oratorical skill that Malcolm and he certainly didn't have his charisma. Malcolm had a magnetic energy that drew people to him. You couldn't help but the love the guy. If Malcolm really wanted to (and I don't think he did), he could've succeeded Elijah. And I think that stirred up a lot of insecurity within Elijah and other top level leaders within the NOI.
48 laws of power
With all of his charisma, how many followers did he have after leaving the Nation of Islam? He had a lot of pom pom wavers and "That's right, you tell 'em, Malcolm!" people, but not many ride or diers!! Same today. These Malcolm jock riders aren't doing ANYTHING that that man stood for. They're drinking, smokers, drug user, disrespectful of women, or, in other words, doing NOTHING to carry on his legacy.
How do you repay a man for 25 years in prison.
He was so fine omg
After all these years they finally say something
I still think they're guilty.
They can’t be guilty if the conviction was overturned
Wow I would be beyond pissed 😠 you can’t get that time back
Plus that stain that you killed Malcolm X
It says a lot that one of the murders of Malcom X named his co-conspirators and we never here anything about them. This broadcast just quickly mentions it and moves on.
No one from law enforcement’s has every scooped up the others.

Thank God for the relentless work of this man. He paid a high price.
It's fkd up how lives are gone, families destroyed, living w knowing your innocence(yet charged as guilty) to be vindicated in death or damn near death
Sad Malcolm X was killed by those he called his brothers because he spoke out against their own greed and lustfulness for the power and luxury they had gained.
Those poor men and their families nothing can replace time lost with family and friends NOTHING!!! but they deserve at least a million dollars for every year spent in the CAN won't change what those evil FBI and prosecutioners did But at least he can live out his life in comfort and the family of the deceased as well
American justice is one sided NOT JUSTICE FOR ALL

Portals are being open and things are coming to light !! People will have to accept the truth for what it is.

Thats Byron Pitt, he is one of the greats. I got to shake his hand once and gave me an autograph book of his. Very down to earth and nice guy.

We all know a fbi agent shot Malcom from the top of the ballroom
What evidences can prove that? Evidences proved MLK being shot on the balcony but what evidences prove what you are saying.

No, stop making up a narrative the people in the Newark mosque admitted who did it. The FBI does not have to send agents they get informants or they pit people against each other. Think
@@mastermaster12345679 What evidence? The FBI killed all of the most prominent black leaders. The CointelPro files are public now. Those people are pure evil.

After he got out X daughter passed away from an overdose. Shady timing
Conspiracy, huh?? Wow, y'all N are something!!
Why do we have fbi building named after a guy who was involved in so many inappropriate activities ?
This is great! Exoneration has no substitute for innocent people wrongly convicted. The Netflix documentary by historian Abdul Rahman on the assassination was crucial in digging up evidence of the conspiracy (FBI and NYPD). Justice delayed is still justice in such cases!
Look how phony Alex Haley autobiography of Malcolm X is along with Spike Lee's movie after this exoneration.
The plan of Malcolm X assassination was divide the Nation of Islam from the black community.
Withstanding and holding all this time the Nation of Islam proves its integrity in truth.
