How to create your account and submit your final year project work on Turnitin for plagiarism check.

- All final year students must submit their work to the Turnitin class created by ATU Library. Students are supposed to get a Turnitin pass mark of 40%. Once a student obtain that mark, he or she must come to the Library for an endorsement before proceeding to the binding unit.
Last name to be used for setting up your account;
BTECH Accounting Students - BTECH ACCT
BTECH Automobile Students - BTECH AUTO
BTECH Banking and Finance - BTECH B
These surnames were attached to your full names in the mail sent.
NB: Check the text that comes after your full name and use it as your Last name. Thank you.

HND students are enrolled into the default project three class, how do we enroll to our proper class

Hello ANH TV, we sent a WhatsApp number across for all students to send their details so that they get their Turnitin link for them to set up their account.
Kindly ask your friends for the format we sent pls and follow it to reach us. But in your case send us a *new email address.

Please there's no program attached to my name in the mail I received. So please how do I input that into the Last name section.
Every full name has a program attached to it. Pls check the mail again. Your name must end with "BTECH smtin". If you don't have that report to the Library on Monday ASAP...

Hello John Mensah, kindly watch the video once again. Emails are sent to all final year students. We retrieved the emails from your icampus. If you haven't received a mail on Turnitin then you cannot be enrolled in the class.
Kindly report to the Library ASAP to be enrolled. Thank you
Concerning this video, is it for everybody or group as you are done with your project work
This tutorial is for all final year students (HND and Btech). You must be enrolled in a Turnitin class from the Library. Now if you are in a group, one person can submit on your group behalf All members in the group can submit as well because they will all need clearance after completion on the work.
The library will thoroughly check what you submitted before the endorsement is given. Thank you.

Hello Comfort, the problem might be from the browser you are using. We don't have control over that. We kindly ask you to try a different device. If problem persist you can come over to the Library

Hello Desmond, students are to submit their final work after completing from chapter 1 to 5. When you pass the percentage, you come to the Library for an endorsement to confirm before your work will be worked on by the bindery Unit or Department

Hello Theresa, you will need Last name to set up your account. Your last name follows your full name in the email sent. For example some last names are: BTECH PUS, HND HCIM among others. If you have any of these attached to your name in the email submitted, kindly use it as your last name after typing your email address.
If the problem still persist, report to the Electronic Library, last floor of the BTech Block ASAP for support.

Some of us are groups so who's email do we use for creating the account?
We appreciate your comments Mr. Clement. All students in a group can submit the same work with their account on Turnitin. One person can do the submission too on their behalf. However during the time of endorsement, all group members should have the same work submitted in their name in the class created for you on Turnitin. We will do the checks before the endorsement is given to you to proceed to the bindery unit or department. For more enquires you can come to the Electronic library as well.
