The answer to the 2 question you asked is yes. The one I bought came with 3 bulbs. 1 in the dining, 1 in the kitchen and the other in the bedroom. I did not even use one of the cables that accompanied 1 of the bulbs and since they have a policy that their customers cannot temper with their products, I just has to fold the cable and leave it above the ceiling. It is bright enough to read too
As far as it is still charging under bright sunlight, it can charge up to 3 or 4 phones consecutively without dropping battery. Note that you can’t charge 2 phones at the same time with it.

Let's say at 5 bar and it's evening and you're charging phones one after the other Also does it require very hot sun before fully charging
