Hey kid whats up!!! This trainer had a defect that they fixed... The more trainers you have the easer it is to train especially for you moving around to so many places.. Its nice to see your Girl riding. This Trainer is perfect for her. Get your neo back ha ha ha
Jasper Verkuijl Bedankt Jasper! Ben ook wel benieuwd naar jouw mening/ervaring over de Flux. Misschien kun je hier op een later moment nog eens een review over posten, zou ik erg waarderen.
What was the tool you used to guide through the lock ring and then used the wrench on? The little thingy that you screwed on and then unscrewed after you locked the cassette in there, Is that included or did you buy it separate
@@jasperverkuijl thank you and what about the power accuracy for the earg mode and also is it good as the kicker core? Or the flux 2 is same as the kicker core, and last thing is the flux s good as the kicker core
I hope you have success with this Flux. I had 4 replacements from Wiggle. There is a problem with the belt and also the pulley. I also found metal shavings on the magnets. I now have the Bushido and its good enough for Trainer Road.
i have to install this myself but i have no idea about cycling because this is a gift for my bf. what should i prepare before installation? it will be great if you can give some advise thx
you are the best , thanks for video , can you tell us if the flux take your weight and calculate your right ftp or all cyclist have the same ftp , big thanks and like
Nice, however I prefer Tacx Bushido - much easier to install your bike (no need to use additional casette, just change the wheel, attach your bike and go) and it doesn't require power supply (power in generated by you via pedaling, and you can train wherever you want). No problems with Bushido after 5-6 months I was using it. It is also worth to mention that tacx training software is meh - imo not worth the money, instead you should include in your budget a subscription to Zwift.
Tom McFly Yes, Bushido is very good as long as you use the correct tyre. Had mine for 2 yrs...no problems. Had lots of problems with the Flux. Try trainer road, it's far better than Zwift
I had a chance to test ride the Neo at my local bike shop this week and my fist impression wasn't all that great. This was my first time on a turbo trainer. The biggest issue I had was not being able to lean while negotiating the bends of the road, the bike being fully fixed, which made me feel sick and want to throw up. The Neo allows a little bit of rocking side to side, but still far far from what experienced on an actual bicycle. Probably the 50 inch TV screen was set up too close to the bike and perhaps the experience would have been different if it was my bicycle fitted to the trainer too. Maybe it is something I would get used to over time, but I would never spend £1k pounds on this trainer. I would rather spend that money on a pair of better wheels. I also noticed the power numbers were so much below to what the pedal power meter installed to my own bicycle displays, and I calibrate it according to the manufacturer's instructions. But I understand that these turbo trainers can be paired with my own power meter and display the numbers it registers, right?
How did you chose between Tacx flux vs Elite direto?
Feel free to have Tacx send me one for market research!

Good video, very helpful but would appreciate a side view of putting bike onto the chain and how it sits.

If you have a spare 11T cog can you put it on, without the spacer and use the 11T lockring?
Love the way you say Tacx Flux! Sounds so Mich better compared to how all the UK people say it. they say Tax Flucks
What cycling computer are you using? Garmin 520?
Great job, very usefull, thanks !

Cassette lock tool
sweet thank you!
Does an Stam Red Etap cassette fit on the hub as default?
Enjoy your new trainer bro. BTW, that pink on the Giant is very cute... 😂
Is it a good trainer to do intervals etc...
Yes that’s fine on this one

Same here!

No prep needed. Just some bolts to attach the legs to the body. That’s it.
Yeah you need an extra cassette (rear chain rings) so maybe look into that.

Ok. Balen dat de Neo zo duur is... maar goed, dan moeten de buren het verschil maar bijleggen ;-)
Nice editing

Cassettes campagnolo compatible ?

hey dude, wish u good luck using this without any noise
Funny how the grime seemed to be only on your fingertips. Any time I touch used cycling components my whole hand gets dark!
Jasper, Enjoy your channel. One question. For us English speakers, how to you pronounce your last name?
Maybe just tell us during your next Q&A.

Well she's pregnant now so you can have both trainers.
How many of the different languages in the instructions could you read? 😂
I tried to get my wife to bike. Finally got bike but now it's collecting dust after a few rides lol
Your wife, or the bike?
Give it to me if you don't want it
