Nice perspective, never thought this way, but makes a lot of sense, indeed we behave similarly as audience in piano concerts. Thanks

Love your concepts on dynamics. I'll try to think of these ideas next time I practice. Thanks for sharing your view on this matters.

The best part of this is, even when I haven't understood much of the metaphors she's used it has driven me off to put those ideas into practice right away... well, after fifteen minutes I still can't say I've taken a good grasp of it, but this woman has planted a seed in me and it is just dong its best to thrive. Thank you, sweet lady! :)

I have been a choirster for more than thirty years, the dynamics you talking about is very useful for the choir especially the tip 3, I will share it to my friends, thank you!

She's only recently graduated from music college and she is arrogant enough to try to teach us, who have been studying for years after college.

I don't feel that way. She has many inspiring ideas and teaches us a lot. I think her videos are very helpful and she explains things in a very clear way. She definetely has more experiences in playing piano than most of us, so I think it is very kind of her sharing her thoughts and experiences with other people. Besides, why don't you explain your thoughts and teach us more about piano playing, helping the community?

Why such a negative comment? She has been playing her entire life.

Karelius, whoever you are hiding yourself in quasi anonymity and spreading such negativity, how can you dare giving such an offensive comment?! Do you think you can explain better? So do it! Be so kind to share how you would teach dynamics.
Who do you refer to when you are talking of "us"? It sounds as if you were part of the world's master pianists or music explainers?
Annique is brilliant and I am sure nobody explains better and in such an understandable and lovely way. Sorry, but you should think about that unqualified comment and the obvious arrogancy reflected in its words.
