I just made this and ate over ribeye steak.....(Homer Simpson gutteral sound of pleasure). It was really easy. Color was a little white so I added some kitchen bouquet.

Can't wait to try. Wonder if we could use 4 pork sausage patties in place of bacon? just to make it slightly different, and you can use a stik blender to puree 1/2 of the recipe, also maybe Shittake mushrooms for a twist of flavor. Awesome job guys, so nice Kai was willing to try it even though he didn't care for bacon! Blessings to you both!

This looks so good. I think I would try puréing it a bit so the mushrooms weren’t so chunky but otherwise that is all I would change. I can get that broth at Shoprite (I work there.)

How long will it stay good?
I would keep in fridge for up to 3-4 days or so.
I thought dairy was not good for keto
Dairy is okay in moderation for maintenance :)
