The above mentioned Nivona CafeRomatica displays are identical in construction. For example you can use the display of a NICR 850 and install it in a NICR 831. This facilitates the search of a new display.

Endlich habt ihr ein gescheites Video zum Tausch veröffentlicht! Das mit den Kabeln kann man zwar verstehen ist aber totaler Quatsch.. man kommt super ran und ich will garnicht wissen wie viele Sachen bei der komplett Demontage kaputt gehen..

Tou didn’t needed to open the machine all around, you could’ve open the screen straight away 😛!
Yes, that's partly true. Although this is possible, I would not recommend it. If the display is only removed from the front, the cables cannot be adjusted. Pulling out the plug and inserting it is not so easy. The cables can be crimped.

Yes that is right, but not the best way. It is critical to squeeze cables inside the display box.
Das Gehäuse, die Front und der Auslaufschieber müssen nicht demontiert werden. Es ist ausreichend, die Blenden vom Auslaufschieber zu entfernen. Das Display kann dann aufgrund von "Plug´n Play" entnommen werden. Somit wesentlich geringerer Aufwand.

Trotzdem hat die Gehäuse-, Front- und Auslaufschieber-Demontage einen Charme, denn es gibt dann einfach mehr Platz beim Ab- und Anstecken der Displaykabel.

The green-yellow one is the grounding cable. It is needed to ground the magnetic switch which is in contact to the top plate you name cup warming plate.

Nicht nötig den Kaffeeauslauf auszubauen
Danke für die Anmerkung. Genau, der Kaffeeauslauf muss für den Displayaustausch nicht ausgebaut werden. Im Video wird der Kaffeeauslauf-Ausbau ab Minute 4:35, wie auch im Videountertitel beschrieben, ausschließlich optional als Zusatzinfo gezeigt.
@@bonbo5562 Das ist zwar möglich, würde ich aber nicht empfehlen. Wird das Display ausschließlich von vorne ausgebaut können die Kabel nicht nachgeführt werden. Stecker abziehen und einstecken ist dann nicht so einfach. Die Kabel können gequetscht werden.
