  • Turkey Soup or Stew 🍲 🦃
Are you tired of Thanksgiving leftovers? There’s only so many leftover turkey sandwiches I can take. So why not just chop up the rest of your turkey and make a stew or soup? Growing up, my dad would make a turkey stew every year and here I am keeping the tradition alive with my family!!
    Ingredients:
    Diced leftover turkey
Carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans, corn, canned diced tomatoes, and canned tomatoes sauce. 2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon or some chicken stock. 12 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of tomato bouillon. 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of granulated onion. Place all of your diced turkey, canned corn, canned green beans and vegetables in the pot. Now add your 12 cups of water and place on the stove on high heat. Now add your chicken bouillon, tomato bouillon, black pepper, granulated onion, and tomato sauce and give it a good mix. Now, just let it come to a boil and turn down to medium high and let the potatoes, carrots, and celery get soft. If you want to make this more of a stew, add 2 tablespoons of flour to a cup and add 1 cup of water. Add it to the soup and stir. Let it boil on low until it starts to thicken up. Let it cool and ENJOY!! HAPPY EATZ EVERYONE!
