Metal Zone is my favorite 🤩 if you have a half stack and run it through the back of the amp it sounds crazy good if I remember correctly a lot of folks cut on that pedal but don’t know how to use it , BOSS pedals are awesome 😎 good deal dude sounds good 👌🎸
Dude your back !! Where the hell did you go man you do the best thrash metal lessons on you tube your speed picking and accuracy is top notch. All these new guys on here are bullshit. You're a true ripper dude keep making videos bro you're one of the best thanks for all the time you take to help out guys like me it's very much appreciated!
Effects loops were generally made for sound effects like delay, chorus, flanger, phaser, ring modulator, ect. While graphic equalizer, compressor, distortion, wah, any type of signal booster, tone enhancer pedals generally don't work well into the loop. Should be ran straight into the front input of an amp. If I had both those Marshal combo amps I would run one of the line outs of the chorus pedal into the solid state Marshal simultaneously to get a full stereo sound.
Thanks for sharing your setup, always something new to learn from you and thanks for all the time you spent for guitar lessons. I would highly appreciate an awesome cover of "Crionics" by Slayer \m/ ps. If you come across Empress Heavy distortion pedal try it, sounds really good.
Not sure if you're still using this pedal board, but I was curious if you ever plugged the MT-2 directly into the effects loop in the back of the monitor instead of the Equalizer? I read a lot about how the MT-2 is a pre-amp. I have the same pedal but don't have inputs in the back of my monitor to try it. Saw some videos on it where they say it has huge sound difference plugging in the back of the monitor.
I think I have tried every combo possible so yes. This is the set up where I landed. But I may give that another shot since you bring it up. I’ll let you know what I think
@@metalbryan101 Thanks for the reply. I would be interested in the results if you try. I have an MG30FX Marshall which doesn't have back hookups. But if there is a big difference I will have a great reason to upgrade. 😅
Yes they do. I have very specific tastes when it comes to sound. Had to go with MT-2 but not 100% satisfied with it. Will remain forever on a quest for the perfect sound!
Hello good, I introduce myself I am Edu and I see many videos of you, I love how it sounds, you see I have a pedalboard korg ax1000g and well it sounds good to me but not like you jeejee, without more I want to thank you for what you do and apart from you I pass my Messenger in case you want us to be in contact and you want to teach me to equalize a little, thanks for your contribution you are a crack !!!!!

nice gear!wow
I have a DSL 40, I’m using a boss bass distortion on clean channel, your set up rules for megadeth
Yes - I love it as well!!
Nice
Have you seen Lambchoppers videos? He has some cool tones he’s tried to replicate for Megadeth too. I need pedals to get more out of my amp.
I sure have - he’s a great player and has some really great stuff!
I have a metal zone aswell.. alot of you tubers slag this off but each to there own... nice to see your setup dude 🤘
Do you adjust the sliders on your EQ pedal much? I use a boosted mid-range on mine for a bit of extra boost for solo's.
Steven Ledsham yes I adjust things mildly all the time... depends on the day. Plus using 5 very different guitars makes it always more challenging.
Good sounds from good pedals.... greetings from chile 🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱
Have you ever play with a Line 6???
Andrés Miño only in a store. But it sounded great for sure!
@@metalbryan101 i use a line 6 spider Jam at home.... it sounds beautiful....
More Metallica's lessons please
Greetings
Andrés Miño I’ve got Metallica’s 4 best albums plus more . Have you explored my channel?
Finally
What are the pickups on your red fender strat? They sound nice for metal!

Is it cousotmized pedalboard? or does it come as a full pack when u bought it
Does the DS-2 and the MT-2 sound different to each other?
Yes they do. I have very specific tastes when it comes to sound. Had to go with MT-2 but not 100% satisfied with it. Will remain forever on a quest for the perfect sound!
Any reason you don’t have your chorus in your effects loop?
Yes. I tried it out and this was the best sound I could get out of it. It’s not conventional but it works for me.
Interesting, thanks for the reply, I have learnt a lot from you. Will you ever make a lesson on Megadeths set the world afire?
cool
What are your thoughts on the MXR Fullbore Metal pedal? It's got hella crunch.
JD Mitchell haven’t tried it yet
Peace..... Sells?
Egor Prokopenko what about it?
@@metalbryan101 At the end you said "Peace" xD
Egor Prokopenko haha... I’m a dope.
Wait so is your name brayn or bryan? haha
Mango Herp son lol - Bryan. The misspelling is with intent🤓
