    No-oil Poha Nasta Ingredients: 👇
    1 Cup Flattened Rice
    1 Cup Semolina
    ½ Cup Curd
    1 Tsp ENO
    Oil as required
    Salt as per taste
    Water as required
    Healthy Suji Sandwich without Bread Ingredients: 👇
    To make suji mixture:
    2 Cups Semolina
    200 Grams Curd
    ½ Cup Chopped fresh coriander leaves
    2-3 Chopped Green Chilies
    1 ½ tsp Soda
    Salt as per taste
    Water as required
    To make filling:
    1 Cup boiled Split Chickpeas (Chana Dal)
    1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
    ½ Tsp Asafoetida
    2-3 Chopped Green Chilies
    5-6 Chopped Garlic
    1inch Chopped Ginger
    Salt as per taste
    Veg Wheat Flour Chillia Ingredients: 👇
    To Make Wheat Flour Mixture:
    1 Cup Wheat Flour
    Salt as Per Taste
    300 ml Water
    To Make Veg Mixture:
    ½ Cup Finely Chopped Onion
    ½ Cup Chopped Tomato
    2-3 Tbsp Finely Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
    ¼ Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    ¼ Cup Chopped Green Capsicum
    1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
    2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilies
    Salt as Per Taste
    1 Tsp Grated Ginger
    2 Tsp Urad Daal
    2 Tsp Chana Daal
    Few Chopped Curries Leaves
    2 Tsp Oil
    ¼ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
    Moong Daal Dhokla Ingredients: 👇
    To Make Moong Daal Mixture:
    1¼ Cup or 200gm Moong Daal
    ¼ Cup Curd
    2 Tsp Gram Flour
    1 Tsp Sugar
    2 Green Chillies
    Salt as Per Taste
    1 Tsp Asafetida Powder
    ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
    1-Inch Chopped Ginger
    2 Tsp Oil
    1 1/2 Tsp Eno
    Water as Required
    To Make Tempering:
    1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
    1 Tsp White Sesame Seeds
    Few Curry Leaves
    2 Green Chillies Slit
    ½ Tsp Asafetida Powder
