Great presentation! There is two issues that are still outstanding and unfortunately make a shared TGW/Subnet architecture a little painful. Especially when deployed via code. 1. Cross account security group referencing support via TGW. 2. Automatic pass through of tags for resources shared via RAM.

the suggestion at 29:07 is that no Transit Gateway is required with Lattice.
