I don't know, I don't think headshots should be part of applying for most jobs.

@@AnnieMargaritaYang I thinfk qualifications are what matter most. Headhsots lead to biases being used to weed people out who might otherwise be qualified.
I find it distasteful to include headshots. for most positions and world rather not work for company that required them.
Don't get me wrong, I'm super hot. It's the principle.
@@jasonsdoddit also helps people get in. If you’re looking at a name on a page, it’s been proven that including a headshot on a resume makes recruiters and managers more reluctant to reject it.
@@jasonsdodd Companies don't require headshots. It's that they do judge you on your appearance--not race or gender, but whether you even put any effort into your profile, meaning the picture is part of the judgment. I've been on 55 podcast interviews so far. Some of the hosts work in hiring/recruiting, some of them are business owners. They agree--they do judge the photo to see if people pay attention to small details like, did you iron your shirt so that there aren't any wrinkles? They said that paying attention to small details like that most likely means this person pays attention to small details when doing the job itself.
