I learnt a lot from this video but I'm confused as to how to rearrange the equation from B=10log(I/I0) to I=I0.10^B/10.....Are you able to explain this step briefly please? Thanks!

Sure thing. Basically first you divide both sides by a factor of 10. Next you raise both sides to the power of 10 to get rid of the log.. And then you rearrange and solve for what you are looking for, namely the intensity.. This is nothing more than algebraic manipulation using the laws of logs.
