can I can greanbeans from a gal. size can of greenbeans ( already processed)? There's just two of us and was hoping to separate this very large can into smaller jars portioned for just two.
I have never tried to re can store bought green beans. The ones at the store are already cooked so I would think re canning them would make them soft and mushy. We have always used fresh green beans.
