Does disconnecting this silence any incoming alarms? We have this panel going off in our monitoring room for a benign issue (out of order elevator that no one is using) and it’s driving everyone crazy.
Thank you for your video. We have this same panel but this was installed for another company. We have a problem when the alarm is red flashing... it is not possible to silenced by alarm acknowledge bottom. the system dont reset too. however i note the keypad is running because when I touch any bottom with the safety key closed, this appear the legend keypad blocked. I appreciate if you can indicate a procedure to use the keypad to reset the alarm... now I need to disconnect the energy and battery to reset alarms. In addition the panel indicate FAULT: positive ground and SHORT: NAC2 Thank you very much if you can indicate a solution.
No, if there are EOLR's (end of line resistor) landed on the output circuit/s, that means there are no notification devices on the circuit so no need to unplug/disconnect.

What if thy have two resistors installed at the NAC block?
Do yo still need to remove it?

This method will NOT work if there are control modules firing boosters. Better to place the panel in Silent Walktest.
This is not disabling NAC’s, it’s disconnecting NAC’s. Not the same thing!
