    Rarely does Mick do interviews, glad to hear him talk to the people a little bit. Pieces of Man was a slept on project. "Consensual Seduction" off the album was an interesting take on approaching intimacy in this day and age.

    bringing up love and god always irks me. what type of love is it that says "love me or burn in hell"? that's not love. Christianity has distorted love and made people think that this ultimatum is the greatest possible love. it's sad and a shame. imagine saying to someone you love and care for "you can choose not to love me but there will be consequences". real love is understanding and respecting the wishes of others and finding compromises not "follow my rule or burn". i mean the idea of hell at any level is disgusting. infinite punishment for finite crimes, that is not love. We as empathetic creatures love so much better than this god could. I personally would never want anyone that doesnt love me the way i need to be loved tortured even for a moment let alone and eternity. i respect micks talent and process. he's one of my favorites right now, but i cant vibe with his idea of a loving god let alone that we cant love someone better than by threat of torture. By any other standard that type of talk would be considered abusive.

      Greg B I hear where u coming from but I wouldn’t say Christianity or any religion is God. My personal philosophy is each individuals own relationship with the divine source that can be tapped into when looking in oneself is a way to talk to God. I’m not religious but I overstand there is a creator. The Bible is a book written by men not by God. God is everything. The universe, the air, the earth, the sun, water etc

      @@StoicccccMuzik how do you account then for the suffering in the world? even those that truly believe in some sort of deity still die young of cancer. I wont go into examples of wrong doings of men towards men (even though it would still fall under a world created by a god where these things can happen) and stick to natural atrocities. cancer, natural disasters, disease, chronic pain, parasites etc. all things that fall out of the realm of mans control and would then fall directly into the control of a deity. how can one say love is these things? how are these things related to love? let alone the greatest possible love. if i truly cared for someone i would do everything in my power to protect them from these things. and if im all powerful i can prevent my loved ones from dealing with these things. but that's truly not how this world works. by every account of the natural world there is no way a loving all powerful god could ever exist. i could say some deity exists, sure why not (consider me agnostic by that standard), but the evidence does not support a god that loves at the very least.

      @@StoicccccMuzik i mean you talk about the universe and nature. we just got showed the first photo of a black hole. a crushing power that sucks up creation. it's violent and dangerous. it could be seen as the antithesis of life itself. it's so powerful light cant escape it. talk about light vs dark, evil vs good, love vs not love. existence vs nonexistence. still black holes are nature, and by your definition, god. parasites are nature and by your definition god. cancer is nature, etc. these things still arent love or loving by any agreed upon definition. my point is believe in whatever you gotta believe in but dont delude yourself into thinking that god, nature, everything, whatever you want to call it, has anything to do with LOVE.

    • @StoicccccMuzik
      @StoicccccMuzik 5 лет назад

      Greg B you cant think of a Gods love in terms of human love. We don’t have the capacity to understand the why and the how just as a drawing doesn’t know why it is a drawing or a dog a dog etc... but creation itself is the proof of God. The problem is people try to fit God into a box of what they think It/He/She should be
