Besides throwing hay, digging pipelines, hauling garbage; I also had a job in a factory where I had to grab two rubber bands ( different sizes) from two different boxes, tied them together, then tied them to each end of a 12x14 metal frame so it could be hung on a rack (over head conveyor belt) to go through the oven to be coated with rubber and dried in the oven. I had to tie rubber bands together hundreds of times a minute to make production. To this day, I can take two rubber bands on each hand and tie them together faster than you can see.Thank you , now I can show how to undo them :-)

I like your idea of using a foreign object. I'm thinking I'll present it as a mouse trap effect. When the spec places their hand in mine, the mouse trap triggers and traps them. Thanks so much for the idea. I actually use to do the finger gun thing, but it never occurred to me to use the two extra fingers.
For me personally, I place the phone a bit to the left of my hand, not in the middle. Also, it helps to do it slower than he does it in the video. Hope this helps!

Can't remember how to make a rubber band, bobby pin, and button all twisted up and tucked into an envelope. It sty wound up until the envelope is opened. Then it unwinds, very fast with magnified buzzing sound due to the otherwise empty envelope. It will sound like a giant insect and seem as if it is moving toward the person opening the envelope. Do you know it. If so please send to me.
