My TV was working but it stop a d give no signal when I play with bottoms

TV at home , we use it with a Firestick. By pushing the home button on the Firestick it sends me to a menu to where I use the RUclips app.. but now I've been having an issue switching the input back so I can watch cable tv. Normally I would grab the Rogers remote and press input and switch to HDMI3 to get to the cable box. When I press input on the Rogers remote the TV immediately shuts off. Same thing happens when pushing the buttons on the back of the tv. There is an input button on the back of the tv, and as soon as I push input the tv shuts off.. so there is no way for me to switch the input again
