Wow that actually looks so nice, last time I was at Wildwood was in 2015 and I do remember the boardwalk was beginning to show its age and was in need of repair. I'll be going there again in the summer of 2023 so I'm guessing they will either be completely finished or at least close to being done by that point, can't wait to see it in person. :)
Nice! So the Sightseer reinforcements are still there, just without the concrete look. And I noticed most of the new timber work runs diagonally, similar to AC's
I wonder if they made the tram track boards straight on like that for a smoother ride. The other way could get a little bumpy when boards become uneven.
Thanks Joey, as always.... It's too bad they didn't stay with the original plan of finishing the storefront side of the BW first and then completing the rest. Those businesses are going to miss out on Mothers Day weekend. With the rents as high as they are, missing a weekend like that is big.
Joey, any chance you can do a video on rental properties and best way to get some deals considering how expend it has gotten to rent during the summer?

The engineer of this project should be fired!!! The boards are higher than the threshold of the store fronts! In some cases 2” higher than the store front floors!
No....I don't like the new design.....wish they could have got the Brazil wood. Going to have the same problems with this crap in 3 years......why pine????
