Hey there. I’m glad you found my video and benefited from it! I absolutely love this pad, the thinness of it to some questioned its comfort but that’s not the case at all, It is so comfortable you will be impressed along with its durable construction. Yeah, I was sold on the color too! Any chance of a subscription? I’d appreciate it very much 🙏 and I have a lot more content coming, as I’m transitioning from my SUV to a VW Vanagon Syncro 💥
@mylifeafter50 I will sub to your channel bro no problem was out in a cafe watching it earlier as I had just ordered it but hadn't seen your review until after hope it fits in the harleys panniers haha
Thanks for your review and for showing how it fit in your vehicle. Was interested in this exact pad - the 25" wide one. Looks comfy. I have arthritis and am wondering if this is soft enough on the shoulders and hips.
Thanks so much for watching my video and that it was helpful to you. I am very pleased with how comfortable the pad is, I do keep mine on the more firm side but I have tried it with less air and it felt good that way as well and the pad didn't bottom out, it still stayed supportive. The "fine tune" valve is very helpful for making adjustments. Good luck with your search, I believe you'll be happy with Sea To Summits' product 👍
Watching because I just received mine yesterday but it’s been 16 hours and it’s barely self inflated. It’s only about one inch thick. So far. I know it said the first time can take long to self inflate but wondering if there’s something wrong with it.
@@RandomVelocity Hey there. I can say that over time the self inflation does improve some. I have always had to add some air after it does its initial “thing” but not as if one would be starting from nothing. I feel as if most can find their desired firmness with in 10 good deep breaths. I don’t feel that the mattress was meant to fully “very firm” self inflate. The comfort I think outweighs the additional breaths to add air. Thank you very much for watching my video and I hope I’ve helped some with my reply.
@@mylifeafter50 yes thank you. Yeah I think it was probably about good 20 hours and I decided to put a little air in it with a pump and I got it to the point where it’s about 3 inches thick so it’s not super hard, but it is definitely a super comfortable pad for sure so thanks for responding. I subscribed and liked.
@@RandomVelocity Thx a bunch for your support, I do very much appreciate it🙏. I do also really like the relief valve when adjustment is needed. Happy camping 🏕️ .
Thank you very much for taking the time to view my video Mason. I hope it helped you. By the way I just grabbed another one for the REI Outlet site at a great price. Worth checking out 😀 Thx again and if you have anything you think of that I can help answer I’ll certainly try!
Ha, I got these at Rack Room Shoes. Brand is HIGHLAND CREEK. I think the style is Riptide. I’ll say they’re a mid grade. Cost about $50. I got good use out of them as a water shoe, decent but not really aggressive tread. Thx a bunch for watching my video though 🙌
Cheers for the video I just ordered this as I'm sick of crap pads and being cold all the time ,and I love that colour too
