Just little advice for fellow sensei: before pull on mika banner make sure you done everything first like clear even and claim all pyroxene from even and after that you pull on mika... trust me you feel way more satisfying

I'm too new to do very many things as of right now, but I'm hoping I get Mika to carry me for early game. Also good explanations, I'll be sure to check out more videos in the future.

I'm a fairly new player, having started only two or so weeks back. I took your suggestion to heart and began saving pyroxenes for Mika's banner. It opened just today and I was prepared with over 32k pyroxenes. I got Mika on my first 10-pull. So, uh... any reason to pull any more, or should I just wait for next banner?

There is a chance to get her in other Fest Recruitment banners 6 months apart albeit not guaranteed. Her banner will probably rerun in 18 months, though it's still speculation.
Both see a good amount of uses in the harder difficulty red themed raids, if you aren’t tackling insane or torment, you don’t need them otherwise. But since they are both limited, you do have to fear the whole FOMO aka “fear of missing out” As it’ll probably take a year or so for their banners to return.
She's good, but Azusa will probably be better because her 6 cost EX is a problem unless you have Ui or Fuuka (New Year) for cost reduction and she would want the Defense Ignore on her Enhanced Skill+ to really shine (requires a lot of elephs for UE 40).
