It's the difference between being drained or not drained on weigh in day. You see people like Gervonta Davis talking about how people lose their lives in the ring for a reason. 3.2 pounds is the difference between some weight divisions, so please don't say it doesn't make a difference, because it does.

After that 1st round, you could clearly see haney wasn't the same. He was hit so hard that he forgot defence, and his offence was subpar at best. Credit to Ryan, I'm glad he actually did it. I hope they rematch and he takes camp seriously and professionally. I truly believe that it will be the same result in the rematch. Haney was so lucky that the fight wasn't stopped, well with a little help with ref of course 😂😂

The right man got his hand raised, which takes some focus away from a grim performance by Harvey Dock. The 7th round reprieve provided to Haney, via point deduction and subsequent recovery time, was outrageous. How Haney didn’t get a point deduction for holding will remain a mystery.
