Incredible! What a great spot for capturing those landings. What’s even more impressive is seeing the evolution of the 747-8 air brakes and flaps with the learning curve in between. I remember being fascinated as a kid watching from the window seat those flaps lowering during the approaches and the landing "finale", stopping such a massive machine. I can’t wait to hear the roaring of those jets taking off from that same angle. Thank you for going out there to bring us those beauties.

This was filmed before the pandemic. Here is some proof if you don’t believe me: Etihad grounded all of its a380 and Qantas b747 was literally retired two months ago.

Here in the Netherlands things are really going into the wrong direction with record numbers of infections every day now. What a nightmare this continues to be...!
