For mobile playing with PC, They actually have a setting in account that allows you to chose to play with cross communication, this being playing with External Devices all the way to PC. It automatically is set to on.
Controller settings definitely need a tune up idk if they fixed it but the last time i played it aiming with the right stick was incredibly difficult with the amount of sway and loose aim control i needed to get on kbm for the 3rd time in my life 😭😭😭
