Bogle aka Mr. Wcky was a famous dancer of dancehall music here in Jamaica. he created the dance move 'Bogle' I am not sure if that is what your friend is talking about. He died in 2005.

I realised that! To be fair salaries here are higher than Kenya! Love making friends as long as the energy is right.. like the day I met Shakeea I knew we were going to be friends
Barbados as a country have a very vibrant service industry and cannot ever compromise on service by paying low wages and salaries. Thus, Barbados also have very stringent labor movement which is complimented by a tripartite social partnership organization, of labor, government and private sector. Barbados as a SIDS has one of the highest per capita spend on education and health care in the world.
Social mobility, economic enfranchisement and empowerment is further enhanced by the Credit Unions friendly societies which offer inexpensive loans to the average Bajan. Owning a wall house is seen as a right of passage and anyone who does not is perhaps just comfortable with a chattel house. Taxes are also very high in Barbados thanks to the many social services like free health care, free bus transportation for school children and elderly, free education up to a first degree, unemployment insurance, school text book loan scheme, school uniforms grant,homes for the poor etc.
