I have owned a salad master set for over 40 years and my electric skillet has so much baked on grease. How do I get it off now. Also the probe is so old can it be worn out.

My skillet seems to have water inside. Could it be be water got through the port when washing? I cant get the water out 😢
Hi Vajessietutorials, its not water. The electric skillet has a mineral oil inside. This is the one heating up the upper layer where you cook your food. Which country are you located?

Hi Faye, try to boil it with water, vinegar and baking soda. Hope it helps.
First time i use but i don't know how to remove the rainbow thing...like when i wash it the rainbow thing apper ...pls what i will do??
You can use the same technique shown in the video, its very easy to remove.

Yes, the only time it will open is when insert the probe. Don't wet the probe thought.

Too many paper towels - how about a sponge, rag, whatever?
You can also use sponge, rags..but the powder works well in the paper towels and not too wet.
