Slightly off topic... I made your rice pudding recipe with one small change. I added rum soaked raisins and some rum. It was spectacular. Thick, creamy, and sticky. Arborio rice is definitely the best way to rice pudding. I'm sure it would be delicious with raisins soaked in schnapps.

I have made something similar with a chicken-pot-pie filling as well as making a cheese blintz for Christmas morning one year. These would be delicious with your mushroom gravy recipe and stuffed with roasted vegetables or a protein. Thank you for inspiring us with a new way to freshen up brunches and dinners.
Sooo easy and convenient for busy families. My kids love any kind of pancake and get excited when they get to “decorate” their pancakes w/the toppings we set up buffet style. We will enjoy this recipe many times & love have all the ingredients in pantry all the time. (Could we also use recipe when making enchiladas like a tortilla?) ty for sharing. ❤️

We called them thin pancakes
And just rolled them up with only sugar in the middle
