Today, I made a Korean version of teddy bear jelly that reminds me of Haribo!
Orange, strawberry, and grape. Sweet and sour are all good😋
The tip is that if you reduce the quantity, the jelly becomes firm and chewy, and if you increase the quantity, the texture becomes soft!

●How to make it ●
1️⃣
In a microwave-only container, mix a bag of jelly mix and 60-80 ml of water.
2️⃣
Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and mix well.
3️⃣
Put it in a mold using a pipette, harden it in the freezer for 20 minutes, and store it in the refrigerator.
