Rear Naked Choke RNC defense in 4 stages and 2 basic back control escapes.

Escapes for multiple stages of the Rear Naked Choke (RNC) combined with basic back escapes.
This class includes 4 stages of defense. Preemptive, Early, Middle, and Late.
1️⃣Part one begins with a preemptive control over our opponent's choking arm. Specifically, how to effectively grip.
2️⃣Part two introduce the first of two basic back escapes where we put our back on the floor. Back escapes should be applied alongside RNC defense.
3️⃣Part three offers the belly down back escape as a secondary option. This will be covered further in our next video for body triangle escapes.
4️⃣Part four continues with early stage RNC defense. The theme here is handfighting and defensive posturing.
5️⃣Part five examines middle stage RNC defense as the choking arm begins to get a strong bite on our neck. The urgent focus here is intercepting and controlling our partner's second arm.
6️⃣Part six concludes with late stage RNC defense. The combination of elbow posting and using our 2 escapes will be our best shot of escaping this dire situation.
