Hey all! Please feel free and read some of my thoughts after using the keyboard for longer and trying to work through the PCB issue in the description! tl;dr Hard to recommend, especially because the price with the extra bluetooth features jumps up to nearly 260 USD before shipping. I would have loved and expected to see this better priced especially since this is a group buy. It is an awkward price point.
it's definitely up again tough competition with budget groupbuy 75% boards down to less than $200 (like the MKC75) and stuff like the QK, Zoom, and Jris. Even the Lumikey, Taco, and other boards are just above it in this space. is It also has to compete in the prebuilt and in-stock against stuff like the Cidoo V75 Pro/LMK81, Keychron Q1Pro, and Monsgeek M1W. 75% enjoyers eating good!
damn I am glad I did not buy into this GB. I watched Hipyo building it and I think sometimes he just lacks the professionalism that you have. He called it an insane budget keyboard without hesitation or even further analysing even tho there exists stuff like the envoy, zoom, qk etc... Thank you for always being honest and professional :)
@@Instinct0425 I agree, its pretty unfortunate as he does have such a big audience and many beginners. I still enjoy his videos tho just dont take him too serious on final thoughts about products.
@@iflowlee he also stuffs a keyboard with foam and call it a good keyboard, not saying that foam is bad, but it's not going to let people know how much designing went into the case.
@@polynotgone8349 yeah he calls literally everything sounding remotely "thocc" god sound. Tbh his newer shorts are kinda Goofy because it clearly doesn't sound good but still he sounds like he's about to c** because it's sponsored or so lmao
Hi, thx for sharing! Can I ask a question? Through the building, I only see one foam between the bottom case and PCB, not a full-size foam. Just wanna clarify is the typing sound from 18 minutes onwards from the stock zonex 75 without any other foams (no foam between plate and PCB, no other films or foams like IPXE, PET)? Because it sounds fine even compared to some keyboards with 3 layers of foams and IPXE/PET films. Thanks in advance!
Because some people enjoy big and clunky. Not me personally, but this hobby is driven by personal preferences. You seen the 40% boards (haitun 40) has massive bezels on each side? That thing is big enough to be a 65% keyboard with so much wasted blank space, but some people love it 🤷♂️

yeah hipyo seems to aim for view retention through buzz words, bold claims, etc. instead of giving a quality, professional video like alexotos

came here for a build video....left wondering what in the world that logitech mouse is. can...can you replace the parts with custom ones??
i think its a nice board, its just, its overshadowed by whats already out there or has been out there
Its probably the only option for us ISO users that has a knob, is wireless and 75%. The ISO market is so annoying.
Hey Alex! Love the vids. Im just wondering what tabletop you have for your desk because i think it looks really good.
I still really enjoy the Zonex75's sound and aesthetics--Can you review or build the IQUNIX Tilly60 or Chaosera Cupid65 soon?
Tilly60 may be coming up soon and the Cupid65 is coming very soon! I should be streaming that one monday!
@@alexotos ooh super excited! Thanks for the update
Where is that Envoy, Alex?!
Ikr, been waiting smh
Are you implying theres a R2 version of envoy prototype or.....?
what's that board at the top? with the retro mixed lights
Did you try the neo65
Trying that very soon!
What is the comb that you use when you put in switches to help them seat properly? I want to buy one.
Google "keyboard plate fork" there's lots of vendors that stock it
I wouldn't even get this when the MKC75 is a thing
what is that deskmat???
DMK Ghost deskmat
Looks a little.... childish? LIke if FisherPrice made a keyboard.
Great video, but this keeb is not for me, I don't like so soft keyboards...
Fair enough! I tend to go back and forth with what i like.
Why the hell would someone buy that chunky thing for 235$ when they can get some QK in 130$ or less ?

because preference is a thing that exists. don't you know?
