I own both the ultimate collectors editions for seed and seed destiny. And you have youtube. You don't have to watch seed to see it. I do though to make it worth the 700$ I dropped for the blu rays.
I watched the classic english dub with the old animation many many years ago. Some of the name pronunciations used to bug me. Like how they pronounced Yamato. Then they re aninated and re dubbed it and fixed the pronounciations. But its been so long with the bad pronounciations that they are now registered in my smooth brain as correct and the fixed pronounciations bug me :P
Nicely done, maybe a bit plain but pleasant! Btw finally tried your paints on my HG Schwarzette, also trying postshading for the first time and damn, it was a revelation! Thank you for showing me the way, after suffering with all the cheap acrylics, this was truly a joy to spray with!
Apologies for being the "🤓" here but that is actually Meer, the imposter of Lacus in GSD. That aside, this is one kit I somewhat want to get because it is very unique in looks and concept.
I was expecting this will be a P-Bandai release, I was wrong it become Gundam Base exclusive which make it worse marked up kit. But as expected Papi Gundam build, amazing as always
Seed isn't all bad. Mecha designs, openings and a few plot points and pivots are really good, but then seed destiny fucks it all up and drops the ball into the abyss.
this is the second time gundam i heard you call a master grade 90's bandai. if you want to see a 90's bandai 1/100 scale kit check out the old HG line, yep the original HG used to be 1/100 scale this was back in the day when the legs were held together by polycaps and a T-bone for a crotch. this kit is worlds different from a 90's 1/100 scale. o and thats fake lacus clyne :D
Hey man, long time viewer and ever since I dove into watching Mobile Suit Gundam (currently at Gundam Wing after finishing the main continuity). What would you suggest as a starter kit? I'm inexperienced with gunpla (I'm a Lego guy) so I'm thinking of something not too dificult, reasonably priced and looks cool. If anyone else has a suggestion feel free to reply.

I just couldn’t get into SEED. It took too long to get anything interesting to happen and all the characters are less interesting than a plank of wood. I think it’s the only series besides Divers that made me quit early on and push it to the back burner because even the cool mobile suit designs weren’t enough to keep my interest.
Seed is a love or hate. Personally, I dislike the story and characters, but the mobile suits are fantastic. Seed Destiny then is an issue onto itself as even some Seed fans I know don't like Destiny. Given ItsaGundam is a huge U.C. fan I would figure he would not enjoy the story mostly, mind he could, and I'm just going by the small information I've gathered with my own personal bias. To be more clear, I don't hate Seed and just don't like it. Especially in the second and third act that starts to just unravel, in my opinion. Mind I can watch it. Were Destiny I refuse to watch that again...😅
I love Zakus in all shapes and forms.

I like the design of the Zakus and Gundams from SEED. Too bad I have to watch SEED to see them in action.

Seed is a soft alternate reboot of the OG Mobile Suit Gundam but Seed Destiny is more K-Drama oriented imho.

In seed, the Zaku along with their UC equivalent suits and majority of Gundams are made by the same faction.
