Also with all the rocks you all have laying around, here's a thought. Get some cement and the two walls where you have your fire, build two walls of rock/cement that way your fire can't catch onto your bamboo walls and start a fire and don't forget to do the floor in cement as well. I love bamboo BUT like any other wood it catches fire. I have watched so many of these stories where the kitchen always catches fire. Don't want that happening to you guys. It'll pay for itself keeping you and family safe and it'll just be better to have around a fire. Love ❤

If I may. Have you considered making it buying another basket for when you go foraging. Maybe a small one a child can carry? Or perhaps a bag?
My thoughts is this. As I watched you and your husband forage. It dawned on me, that you opportunities to not just get tubers, but wild vegetables or fruit too to sell. It’s a thought. Don’t know if this is right for you.
I’m also a bit concerned about the heat and the rain. Perhaps an umbrella? Or a hat? Might help?
Perhaps maybe raincoats? Or rubber boots?
I mention it. Because several videos published from Vietnam, of homesteading. Seem to have had accidents and cuts from being exposed to too much rain or too much sun. Consider taking water with you. Just in case a water source is not clean or near by. I realize that cooking ware is important.But I hope you do all you can to stay healthy to do all you do. I do enjoy watching all your videos. Can you pretty please buy better shoes (that covers your entire foot and that can get wet and won't shrink) you all scare me so much slipping and sliding in those flip flops (seems everyone in Vietnam loves them). These are not good shoes to go scouting through the forest in. Umbrella, hats and raincoats would be nice for the whole family (especially during your rainy season.) take care of each other and an extra basket may be needed to collect and sell more for your family of four. Need to be able to sell more to eat and do more building. Love keep up great work you guys.😊
