Thanks for this vid with the presentation of the Director, with this humanist philosophy and symbolic. We can see here one of the most exquisite examples of wood marquetry in the world (with the sacristy and choir of Santa Maria in Organo in Verona or the stalls of the abbey of Santa Maria Monte Oliveto Maggiore in Tuscany...). I think too about the sumptuous studiolo so refined in the Palazzo Ducale in Gubbio of the same Federico da Montefeltro, with his son Guidobaldo I. What a pity that half of the paintings of famous men (Pedro Berruguete and Justus van Gent) have been removed to the Musée du Louvre and same regrets with the marquetery Gubbio's removed to the Metropolitan Museum of New York.
"Umanista" ripetuto sei volte... perché nn capisci che era filosofo, ermetico, esoterico. Ma nn li vedi tutti quei simboli intarsiati che parlano?! Quale umanista! E per le opere in alto, quelle mancanti perché non dici che sono state staccate dai cardinali, divise in quattro, portate a Roma , alcune vendute al miglior offerente, altre vendute al Louvre dove magicamente si trovano? Perché nn raccontate la storia meno ipocritamente o ignorantemente, solo per girare uno stupido video????
