Hi Britt. Your live was really informative thank you. I’m thinking of trying your vlogs on KB Solo on RUclips up to the end of the year to get a feel for the exercises. Then thinking membership in the new year after Christmas. I’m having a rest week at present because of menopause symptoms and feel tired so listening to my body and taking that rest. 👍

I am finding two things difficult. I can do overhead squat with double kb( 20kgs) and snatches with kb .but can't replicate the same with bar with moderate plates attached. Please suggest some exercises which would enable me to do so.
@@arijitsinha6485 hi Arijit, kettlebells are a lot more forgiving on mobility. It may be that your shoulder and thoracic spine mobility needs work. That is just a guess because it’s a common issue. I would need to know more and see a video to give any future advice. It would be irresponsible for me as a coach to prescribe exercises when I don’t know anything about you.
