    Well i was for going to bed after watching Eric website for 5 hours an John came on an I truly want to stay up. John is another Artist that is so good at taking his time at explaining ❤

    I can't believe I watched the entire video.
    Great content. Two points
    1.Haha, Yes John McDonald , other Artists think you are good.
    2.Sargent talented as he was spent weeks trying to lay in one head sometimes , scraping and repainting with a vengeance, so to your point , perseverance above all.

    Such a wonderful program! Both the interview and the painting process. John does a fantastic job verbalizing his thoughts real-time. At my development stage, I nodded my head when he touched on working loosely and not sweating the details as well as what creates the solid foundation of a good painting (value and composition). My dvd arrives today and look forward to watching the whole program!
