  • In response to requests from Foredom tool users, we've started the "Foredom in Action" Series. These videos go beyond maintenance and product description and feature our tools in use. Wayne Warner, an accomplished jeweler, craftsman and metal worker, leads off with several segments entitled "Work Smarter NOT Harder" with Foredom tools. Here he demonstrates the mounting and charging of buffs for polishing rings, bracelets and more on the BL Bench Lathe with Filter Hood.

These two products have been great. I use them every day and have for the last 14 months with no issues.

Does much polishing dust come out into the room? or does almost 100% of it get collected by the extractor

@@rp3367 I have a vacuum nearby and vacuum the area as well as the filter often. Still some dust though.

What are the purple discs in the video that don't appear to have a hole in the center called?

While using this product the wheel got caught on my clothing. It has since stopped spinning. Any recommendations

That filter hood motor is extremely loud. It would be nice if it were a bit quieter.

G53T1RM1N, what is the estimated decibel level. Some videos on this product seem quite, some loud. I know Mike placement and sensitivity make a distance, but trying to get an opinion from someone who's used this.
