  • Hello Everyone we know the recent life style has bring us to a way where most of us are dealing with obesity,chronic disease like diabetes,thyroid,pcod,hypertension and what not and everything solely depends on the inactive life style and bad food habits . so here i have taken an initiative to present before you the most healthy recipes which are quick to be made and which will help you to fight with all the disease and live a healthy life .
    Presenting before you home made paneer
    Ingredients :
    1/2 litre toned milk
    1 lemon
    muslin cloth
    Procedure: In a vessel take half litre of milk and bring it to the fist boil . After this add the freshly squeezed lemon to it until it starts to curdle . Once it forms strain it in a muslin cloth and wash it thoroughly with regular water so as the sourness of lemon fades. Then after tie it and keep it under any weight for about 10-20 minutes until it sets .
