    Hello dystonia Europe
    I wish you’d be providing us with more information here, cause this is what we all want. We want to be able to live with it without pain and all time medication. I’m just 31 and my pain is making me go insane already. I’m not looking forward to getting older so hearing about this technique gives me hope. Why not sharing it with us? This would be a gamechanger. I’m really desperate cause of what my dystonia is doing to me

      Hey friend I see you wrote this about 2 years ago but definitely reply if you’re still active on RUclips. I learned how to cure my own dystonia using neuroplastic proncipals. I had to rebuild everything from the ground up but im getting everything back! Have zero pain besides the tension from being out of alignment. I train for 10+hrs a week at the gym. I can play guitar again, everything. I can even do things I couldn’t before dystonia. Had I listened to my doctors I would not have recovered. Write a reply if you’re interested in what worked for me as I don’t see why the same principals couldn’t heal someone else!

    I have a similar tool from Edge Mobility. I have cervical dystonia, but I have never used this tool for my dystonia, I love to work out and lift weights and I use it on my sore strained muscles from my workouts, but never my neck, because massages seemed to make it worse, I'll have to try this.

    I really would like to know what it is exactly what you do with this tool. Rubbing one neck muscle? Does the tool have a name. Is there a video with those exercises? Thank you for your story.

    In Deutsch wäre mir SEHR geholfen, verstehe leider nicht alles. Ich leide seit 13 Jahren an Torticollis/Spasmodicus ... die Botox Injektionen helfen mir nicht wirklich. Wäre sehr dankbar über eine Antwort! Happy New Year 🍾🥂🐷🍀

    What is the tool called?

    • @jpd464
      @jpd464 4 года назад +6

      I know that in USA similar tools are called "Graston". You could also look up "Gua Sha" and watch what the practitioners do because The Graston Technique and Gua Sha sound just like what she's talking about. Go to an Asian Market and buy soup spoons or little porcelain bowls and you can use those as tools! I prefer the very little bowls (maybe spice bowls?) since they have a smoother edge than the Chinese soup spoons. Hope this helps!

      @@jpd464 Wow, thanks Joe, that would have been really helpful had I received a notification for your reply last year, still helpful of course, I had actually been using a Gua Sha before I got the edge mobility tool as it was the only thing I had that was suitable as I'm in Ireland and the edge mobility seller is in New York so purchasing during a pandemic left me waiting half a year. These are great alternatives.
