Many thanks to Raja Hasan Sahib for the (Skal Ban). Perhaps no one else could sing in this fun. But some things of Hassan Sahib are worth mentioning. Like: Laal Muri and Laj Muri who said that some singers sang like this and some like that. But I have not heard from any singer today. Because it is completely wrong. The (Lal) means red and lovely, but (laj) means, house, floor, building, shame, modesty, honor, prestige. Therefore, if anyone has sung (Laj Muri), it is wrong at once.
But once again we are thankful and grateful to Raja Sahib for (skal ban song). Hib is best sung. Hasan Sahib has a magical voice. Good luck!

I am immensely impressed by the vast knowledge this wonderful singer Raja Hasan has about music and sufi songs. But sadly people of India love third class sadak chaap singers like Mika Singh and honey Singh.
He is from gurukul fame
He would be such a great playback for Farhan Akhtar instead of Farhan Akhtar singing in that semi-professional voice.

سکل بن کے لئے راجاحسن صاحب سے بہت شکریہ۔ اس مزے میں شاید اور کسے نے نہیں گا سکے۔ مگر کچھ باتیں حسن صاحب کا، قابل التفات ہیں۔ چوں لال مری اور لاج مری جو انہونے بتایا کہ کچھ گلوکار ایسے اور کچھ ویسے گایا/ گائی ہیں۔ مگر میں نے آج تھک کسے گلوکار سے (لاج مری) نہیں سناہے۔ کیوں کہ بالکل غلط ہے۔ لال کی معنی سرخ، لعل اور پیارا ہوتاہے، مگر (لاج) کی معنی کلبہ، گھر، منزل، عمارت، شرم، حیا عزت، آبرو ہوتی ہے۔ اس لئے اگر کسی نے بھی (لاج مری) گایا ہو، اک دم غلط در غلط ہے۔
مگر (سکل بن) کے لئے اک بار پھر ہم راجا صاحب سے ممنوں اور مشکور ہیں۔ ہہب بہترین گایا ہے۔ اک دم جادوئی آوازہے حسن صاحب کا۔ آفریں باد!

Chaap Tilak has a different meaning... read a little about it.. its not what you say.. Khusro was a big time anti hindu. This song normalizes the conversion on Hindus. He sings for the nizam as a hindu girl - Oh Nizam.. you took my jaap and thilak... Other descriptions are just Sikular! Just think and dig deep. you will find how much folks in the past tried to cover the history.
Unfortunately Raja was targeted for raising the voice in Bollywood for promotion the Pakistani singers, while in India we are having the far better singers in our country
