Where is this and have you spoken to any of the involved officers to conduct an AAR so we can all learn from this. I know some patrol officers with well over 20 years of experience in an urban area with lots of training combined with part time tactical team ops. Also who is the best SME to teach us how it should be done? 🇺🇸

You don’t need to be a SME to know that outside of hostage rescue, rushing a vehicle is never the right option.
