Absolutely stunning video! What an amazing place you live in, Nancy! You've also captured in your words the way I feel about Nature as a spiritual experience. Thank you!
What a beautiful comment, Lulu! Thank you so much for sharing. Isn't it a special place. I'm enjoying a rare, sunny day in a light summer dress right now. LOVING IT! 🌹xx
Hi Nancy- I just love your videos. They are so tranquil and dreamy. I never knew that Australia had such woodland forests. I always thought it was a very hot, inhospitable place where every bug and creature was poisonous and deadly. I have seen a totally different picture of it through you. I'm also so glad to see you and Mr. Rose have found each other and congratulations on your wedded bliss. I hope you both stay as lovely and as happy as you are now. What beautiful souls.🤗
It sure is beautiful here and yes, many people are surprised that is not all just heat and deserts in Australia. We even have snowy mountains, you know! Thanks for watching 🌹xx
Oh wow, Corinne, this little comment is just so sweet and has put a smile on my face. I am SO HAPPY that I can show you a different side of Australia. Where we live, in the south, we experience all seasons. There are even snowy mountains here! Thanks for watching 🌹xx
It was such a treat to watch someone show our stunning Nature, this is my corner of the world too. You forget sometimes how beautiful it is where we live. thankyou for sharing
Dear Nancy, I love birds since I am a little girl, I spot them everywhere and find them so beautiful! I love seeing magick in small things just like you, seeing the world with a sense of wonder 🧚♀️🐦🦋 I love your magical, peaceful and inspiring videos so much! Seding so much love❤❤❤
Thank you for another magical video. We are total bird nerds here in Florida. We live on the water and are blessed to see all kinds of birds. I talk to all of them and my plants while out on my property. My neighbors probably think I'm crazy. I don't care the birds and the plants love to be talked to. ✌️💜🌞🐦🌛🌝🌜
Oh trust me, my neighbours must think we are bananas too! We are always out in the garden being silly and talking to plants and animals. I wouldn't have it any other way! 🌹xx
Dear Nancy, I keep being amazed at each video that you share. The photography is sublime in this one and the music ethereal. A favourite video of yours so far. I finished preparing my old house for sale on Friday. Such a relief to hand over the keys knowing that I can now enjoy my new (old) home. Snow predicted for next several days here. Cosy inside with all my rescues. Though I have to get all my favourite plants that I brought with me into the ground. You really are such an inspiration to me. Thankyou ❄️☃️🥶🌨️

Hi, you speak so poetically, i love your uplifting videos, ty. All the birds are so unique and the remind us to live lightly. I was so excited yesterday, as i was driving along, i saw a pure white eagle with a pale yellow beak. Maybe a baby dea eagle as i live close to the beach. I am so excited about seeing it, haha. I didn't know they came in all white. 👩🦳✨🕊️🌺
Hello! I just stumbled upon your channel and wanted to say hello. It's so nice to see someone being so passionate about nature. Your videos make me feel less alone. I really love your handmade journals and the taste you have in choosing fabric and matching items. Thank you for the inspiration! Kind regards from a wildflower of Northern Spain.

You have some beautiful birds down there in Australia! We're in the midst of a very hot summer here in Cincinnati and I normally like to keep the windows open so I can hear the birds in the early mornings, so I'm hoping we get a little cool down soon. Being in this river valley, sometimes the air is so humid you feel like you can literally swim through it (how fun would that be!). Oh, how I love the journals you two make! They're absolutely beautiful. I agree with you on handmade things. I crochet and have been working on a cardigan in fall colors for myself to wear when my husband and I go to pumpkin patches this year. In the meantime, I'm loving every minute of this wonderful summer, heat wave and all. Sending you both much love.
Oh yes, we have some really cheeky ones too! Birds... AND people ;) I'll bet your crochet cardigan turns out gorgeous! I would love to see it. Sending you love from Australia too 🌹xx
Lovely to see all those birds in winter - brightens everything up. I would love to own one of your art journals and will have a look to see if there are any in your shop.... Can't wait for Imbolc!!
Hi Nancy! Another beautiful video, isn’t nature wonderful😀. It is summer and warm in Seattle and this time of year brings all my feathered friends. We put out lots of areas for birds to bathe and eat. I set up a hammock and just relax to the sounds of chickadees and Stellar Jays. You have so much beauty where you are and some very cool lizards too💕~Elise
Outstanding Video! Loved watching every minute of it! I just Loved all of the Nature included. Beautiful journals/sketch books being made! We are in Summer here in Texas and it's as usual very hot. I personally can't wait for Fall. Fall like Spring brings out my best sketches and poems. Have a wonderful winter and keep warm. Both of You! 🙂🙂🙂
Ah! The art of bookbinding is shown here! Isn’t it a soul satisfying thing,to capture pages, that then go on to capture experiences? I love binding a book. Also, dearest Nancy(Nancy Perez?😊),your country is,and correct me if I’m wrong, has the widest variety of birds in the world. I’ve seen birds there that blew my mind. I saw a cassowary outside of Cairns,I ran away immediately 🤣 Good luck finding that Lyre bird. You will, when it chooses to reveal itself,at just the right moment. Oh also, regarding the Lyre bird: You will hear it,before you see it,if you see it at all. It is elusive, only caring to deliver its sound, then departing, waiting for a potential mate,to follow it away.

Glad you enjoyed it! Mr. Rose is a Canadian living in Australia, so all these weird and wonderful birds are still new to him! He can't believe it sometimes when we see kangaroos hop by! Thanks for watching - Happy solstice 🌹xx

We have most of the birds my best sight was a bower bird female in my back yard, don’t know where it came from but she was around for about a month, the other for the last three years we have had a pair of eastern rosella’s they seem to be nesting but never seen any babies, the currawong are here at present but will go in august I love the way they swop in for breakfast, and we have a pair of eagles often seen gliding on the thermals up high on the mountains side. I have once seen a lyrebird, but then I have many years on you, you will see one one day. Love the fairy wren and the wagtail has to be my favourite.or maybe the grey shrike ,it is such a soft looking bird. we bought a bird feeder from Aldi a couple of years ago that suctions to the windows one of the best investments we ever made only fill it three times a week, the birds have to find their own food the other days, king parrots, crimson rosella’s, crested pigeons are the main uses, the butcher bird and the kookaburras check it out occasionally but nothing in it for them,we don’t let the white cockies stay on it and get food, and I agree the blacks only come when there is going to be a storm,I have also once seen an azure kingfisher I think it was up on the merry somewhere. enjoy your birdwatching the bird pictures and filming were fantastic thankyou
Beautiful video to watch 🌳🌳🌳
Reminds me of my childhood, spent with Neville W Caley’s “What Bird Is That?” on my lap in the backyard 🥰
