    Correction: if you do this for 3 days, the swelling will take 3 days to go down

    the swelling is natural healing. ice actully interupts the natural healing process

      @@zeussypoo_220 the guy that invented RICE rest ice ect. now says not to ice. swelling is a natural healing process that is slowed down by ice
